Rob Cole - ON-SITE LABOUR MANAGER
Rob is an experienced manager and is responsible for the on-site operation at our client TILMANSTONE SALADS. Rob ensures all staff are booked through our Head Office in accordance with site requirements, that staff are allocated to the correct department and ad hoc bookings are managed in a timely fashion. Rob also ensures daily department checks are carried out and that all aspects of health and safety and site rules are adhered to. Rob works from our on-site office and has two on-site supervisor reporting to him, staff levels fluctuate from 70 - 250 workers per day.

| Tomasz Bury - ON-SITE LABOUR MANAGER
Tomasz has a number of years experience working in the Waste Management industry as a supervisor and more recently as a labour resourcer managing staff volumes. As our on-site manager for one of our VIRIDOR WASTE contracts, Tomasz is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining staff, as well as inductions, training, health and safety and dealing with day to day bookings, sickness and holiday rota's. Tomasz works from our on-site office and manages aprox 120 - 150 workers per day.
