Recruitment Agency Retains REC AUDIT Status. 

Industrial and Transport recruitment agency Red Eagle has re-attained its Audited Status with the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC).

The agency based at Folkestone was assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, Conduct Regulations, the REC’s Code of Professional Practice and general business practice. 

This audit scheme run by the REC, the trade association for the UK’s £27 billion recruitment industry, is the most comprehensive audit of its kind, providing an official endorsement that any agency achieving it conducts its business both ethically and in accordance with the Acts. 

Established in 2004, Red Eagle specialises in the placement of permanent and temporary staff in driving, manufacturing and industrial roles. 

A corporate member of the REC, the agency has seven staff headed by Managing Director Wayne Hodgson FIRP.  Commenting on achieving Audited status again, Wayne Hodgson said: “I am pleased we have been able to once again demonstrate our commitment to standards throughout these demanding economic times. 

It is evident due to our turnover increasing year on year that our clients demand a professional agency abiding by conduct regulations.    “We will continue to train all staff to obtain the REC qualification and ensure promoting standards and operating best practice are at the very forefront of our operation.”
