Workers who take other services from an agency, such as accommodation and transport, will be able to withdraw from receiving such services without suffering any detriment.

In another change aimed at easing the admin burden, the information that agencies will have to provide to workers will be limited to the identity of the hirer, the nature of the business, the start date and the assignment's likely duration.
